Meditation class will be on Zoom start 6:30 am to 7:00 am (Irish time ) and 7:00 to 7 : 15 am (Irish time ) will be for sharing experience and Q&#38;A.<br />
We will have a positive aim for the day as homework and positive reflections of the previous day. There is a unique power when we meditate in a group.</p>

I have been practising and teaching meditation for the past 14 years and can undoubtedly share it as a best practice for a balanced, healthy and positive lifestyle.<br />
Meditation is best practised in the morning before starting your daily chores of a busy life. It is a great tool but needs discipline in everyday life. When practised daily in just a few days you will be able to see its benefits and results on your well-being in all areas, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and relationships.<br />
Over years I have integrated and learned many techniques of meditation and so here I am to deliver all experienced techniques for you to experience. This will help your mind have newness in meditation and experience and develop your own unique style of meditation to practice.<br />

<p>Introduction about myself:<br />
My name is Bindu Malhotra. I am originally from Mumbai, India, now based in Dublin, Ireland from the past 14 years. On an academic level, I have done Masters in Accounts and Finance, but the topic that fascinated me the most was the human mind and has taken me to a new place within my own inner discovery.</p>
